DMCA Policy for Chocolate Chunk Salted Caramel No Bake

Chocolate Chunk Salted Caramel No Bake respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a DMCA Counter-Notification. To file a Counter-Notification, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

  • Identification of the removed material: Identify the specific material that was removed or disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Chocolate Chunk Salted Caramel No Bake may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we will promptly forward a copy to the complaining party and inform them that we will restore the removed material in 10-14 business days unless they file an action seeking a court order against you. If the complaining party does not file such an action, we will restore the material.
